The Role

A rare opportunity for an experience Head of Sales/ Head of Desk/ Sales Manager to join a growing business founded 6 years ago, based in Liverpool Street, City of London. The purpose of the role will act as the liaison between the company MD and the new business sales team.



  • Dad to Day oversight of a new business sales team

  • Responsibility for individual and team targets related to KPI – Call stats, client engagement etc.

  • Developing new ways to keep the sales team motivated – Added incentives, competitions, etc)

  • Providing on-the-desk training, develop techniques and improve efficiency

  • Simplifying and improving internal procedures relating to leads and pipeline management

  • Overseeing the business unit responsible for generating new business and client acquisition

Sales Desk

  • Drive growth of the private & corporate client desk

  • Build on existing relationships improve affiliate and introducer agreements

  • Ensuring the full weight of all selling points – Service, Product offering, tech and media coverage

  • Securing customer buy-in

  • 2 years or more sales experience in Corporate FX - Essential

  • 2 years or more in sales management within FX – Essential

  • Natural sales ability

  • An excellent understanding of FX products within deliverable FX
